Can I license a product on multiple computers?
Yes. Each license can be used on one (1) personal device, unless otherwise specified in the product description or license agreement. Sharing licenses with third parties is not permitted.
What are the limitations of free trials?
Free or demo versions are offered “as is”. They may have limited functionality, and do not include entitlement to support, updates, or feature guarantees. The trial period is 14 days.
They also need an activation which will be checked online on our servers.
Can I change my eMail adress?
Yes. Please contact our support team using the form below or via email at support@analoginthebox.com with your old and new email address. We will process the change as soon as possible
Can I transfer my license to another user?
License transfers are generally not permitted, except where explicitly allowed by the product’s license terms. If you believe your case qualifies, please contact us with full details

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We use the Merchant of Record “Paddle.com” to process the payments. Usually Paddle support the following:
- Cards (including Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay, and Mada)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay (HTTPS pages on Safari only)
- Google Pay (Chrome only)
- Wire Transfers / ACH (SEPA/BACS; for transactions greater or equal to US$100)*

Do you offer refunds?
As the products are digital downloads, refunds are only possible under exceptional circumstances and within the 14-day withdrawal period, provided the download has not yet started.
