Our story so far.

The Brand

Since the first appearance of Nebula from Acustica Audio in 2005, we have been passionately involved in its development. During the following phase, we provided extensive support through testing and creating numerous libraries. This expertise has enabled us to successfully deliver high quality libraries to users since 2010. As the audio landscape has evolved, we have embarked on our own journey, offering plugins that match our understanding of quality and sound. Our latest compressor implementation (Abfahrt) closely mirrors its analog counterpart and offers new sound aspects to explore based on the engine we have created. Developed over two years, our current plugin embodies this experience – we hope you enjoy it!

2005–2010

Early involvement with Nebula, contributing libraries and testing the platform extensively.You will many of our first libraries in the official Nebula and N4 generic libraries.

2010

Launch of our own high-quality library offerings based on years of Nebula experience and user feedback.

2014

Release of of the Blue EQ Plugin in cooperation with Acustica Audio.

2018

Release of of the Azure Plugin in cooperation with Zino Mikorey & Acustica Audio.

2021

Expanded our vision: researching and prototyping plugins with great sonic character and nuance.

2023–2026

Development of our Abfahrt compressor, pushing beyond what’s possible with our past emulations.
